To Book Your Shoot:
Please email me via the info on the contact page or at emilysandiferphoto@gmail.com. I'll need to know how many looks you're interested in shooting and whether you're hiring a hair and makeup artist (HMU) or doing your own.
AVAILABILITY: I typically book up 2-4 weeks in advance, depending on travel and my editorial/commercial work.
Pay a $300 Deposit:
The deposit is non-refundable. However, it goes toward your final balance. Think of it as your first payment.
Deposits are transferrable to a new date if you need to reschedule, up to 6 mos later. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel 72 hours in advance due to studio rental policies. If you reschedule a second time, a new deposit is required.
*Are there exceptions to this? Occasionally, yes, depending on the situation. Especially for working actors, I understand production schedules get shifted and there's nothing you can do about it. If you simply didn't book out with your agent and you're rescheduling because of something that was avoidable, that's when I'm more strict.
While I understand work is unpredictable sometimes, actors and models should book-out with their agents when they book a session.
**Illness: If you're feeling sick, please reschedule.

Running late? Call me. Text me. Let me know. I probably have a session before or after you. If you're late, I can't always extend studio time. If I can, it is up to the client to pay those extension fees.
