BOOKING AND DEPOSIT INFO:

All clients must be vaccinated (or proof of negative Covid test in the past 72 hours prior to your shoot).

COVID-19 precautions/changes to normal policies are in effect until further notice (see current policies below as you read through the info).

It is my top priority to keep us safe and healthy, but still have an enjoyable session if you choose to book. My studio is a gorgeous 4,100 SQ FT space and very easy to follow social distancing and cleanliness guidelines from the moment you arrive.

***Upon arrival to the studio, you'll be buzzed into a secure parking lot. Please wear your mask. The private entrance to the studio will be left unlocked, and interior and exterior door knobs, railings, faucets, surfaces, etc, will be wiped down continuously throughout the shoot as well as doing consistent hand washing.

To Book Your Shoot:

Please email me via the info on the contact page or at info@emilysandiferphoto.com. I'll need to know how many looks you're interested in shooting and whether you're hiring a hair and makeup artist (HMU) or doing your own.

AVAILABILITY:  I typically book up 8-12 weeks in advance, but I do have a waiting list for those who want to get offered something sooner if a session reschedules.

Pay a $200 Deposit: This is pretty basic photographer stuff.

The deposit is non-refundable. However, it goes toward your final balance. It’s not extra. Think of it as your first payment.

Deposits are transferrable to a new date if you need to reschedule. You may forfeit your deposit if you cancel 72 hours in advance, however, if I can't fill your spot with someone from my wait list. If you reschedule within 24 hours, you forfeit your deposit. If you reschedule a second time, a new deposit is required.

*Are there exceptions to this? Occasionally, yes, depending on the situation. Especially for working actors, I understand production schedules get shifted and there's nothing you can do about it. If you simply didn't book out with your agent and you're rescheduling because of something that was avoidable, that's when I'm more strict.

Why? My time is valuable to me, and it's valuable to those on my waitlist who are waiting to get scheduled. While I understand auditions come up very last minute, actors and models should book-out with their agents when they book a session. It's part of the business.

**Illness: If you're feeling sick, please reschedule.

Paying your deposit is easy. Here are your options:

- Venmo (@EmilySandifer or 323-384-9996)

-Zelle - Use my phone number to find me 323-384-9996.

- Request to pay online through electronic invoice. I'll send you a super easy to pay invoice using your debit or credit card (3.5% fee applies)

- Mail me a check to my old-school PO Box:

PO BOX 874

What happens if you need to reschedule? No problem. Your deposit is transferred to your new day. Please refer to the deposit guidelines above, however.

I’ll confirm with you the day before the shoot with directions and parking info.

Running late? Call me. Text me. Let me know. I probably have a session before or after you. Being late may cause you less time for your session at the same rate. My rule of thumb: Respect my time and I will respect yours.
